- Business interruption: avoiding or minimizing.
- Access to buildings.
- Parking: overspray can travel a long way on exterior jobs. Vehicles need to be protected or parked a good distance away.
- Pavement: avoiding staining, discoloration.
Pre-prep is much more involved than with a residential project.
