– is an effective way to remove dirt, pollution, paint chalk, mold, mildew, algae, etc. from homes and buildings, pavement, masonry, decks, fences, etc. At OPPW we pressure wash prior to painting and staining jobs, as part of the thorough surface cleaning needed.

To remove mold, mildew or algae we have to use bleach and alkaline soaps, which can cause streaking and discoloration to pavements, shingles, decks, deck furniture, etc. (We make every effort to cover and protect these areas and items when starting the project.)

Pressure Washing must be done carefully to avoid staining of surrounding areas, and used to clean surfaces if overspray or runoff has occurred.

Pressure washing looks simple, but skill is required. High-pressure water spray is powerful and can do damage to surfaces and items.
