A 2024 Testimonial from a Satisfied Customer

in

Having painted more six thousand houses in Northeast Ohio over the past 45 years, we often receive correspondence from our customers complimenting us on a job well done. The following is a letter we received from Peg and Bill Smith. Accompanying this post is a photo showing their home in the various stages of the painting process.

The Testimonial from Peg and Bill Smith

I could not be more pleased with my decision to employ Ohio Painting and Power Wash, Inc. to paint my wonderful, 117-year old house which was last painted 18 years ago in 2006.

Ohio Painting and Power Wash, Inc. owner Roger Begue was straightforward and honest from the very beginning and “pitched” not the least expensive, and therefore not the cheapest quality, but the most detailed and professional estimate which I then accepted.

Ken worked very conscientiously with his crew of David and Chris with apparent pride in their work ethic to prep and complete the job very efficiently,  and much sooner than we expected.

As I watched the process and inspected the job when completed, I was impressed with their attention to detail and appreciated the fact that Ken pointed out items that were not stated in the contract but were essential for such a quality produced finish.

He replaced some cracked, warped or missing wood siding pieces and nailed some loose ones tight.

He was always punctual, always on time every morning, back from breaks and always gracious with his time to discuss the job or events in our lives.  He is a gentleman and he lives that role.

I have already referred Ohio Painting and Power Wash Inc. to a friend who owns several rental properties and is eager to contact Ohio Painting and Power Wash Inc. based on his watching Ken and his crew work on my house.

Thank you, Ohio Painting and Power Wash, Inc. for a job well done.

Sincerely,

Peg and Bill Smith
